I had 2 different flights booked in 2021 which I ended up cancelling due to cancellation of the events I was traveling to. I booked a flight this June using the flight credits. SW has now changed the return flight to something unworkable with my schedule. If I cancel this flight, does anyone know if the flight credits will revert to the original expiration date or will they have a new expiration date of 1 year from now?
I’ve looked all over their website and online with no success.
