Yes indeed Southwest Wi-fi is the worst I've ever experienced. On a recent trip from Oakland to Midway, I logged on and tried to do a search only to have the connection first time out, then finally load after a resend after 5minutes. The service is worst than worthless in that you spend time hoping the speed will somehow pick up, to no avail. Southwest, you should consider cancelling the service until such time you can deliver a modicum of speed because having to spend any time let alone money for a lack of service is more damaging to your reputation than not even having the service.

Having 41 flights banked only to find out that I cannot use them as I could had under the freedom award program, it appears that SWA is devolving into emulating other airlines. The experience has prompted the reevaluation of our business's allegiance with SWA, last year having spent in excess of $100k with the company. The new program has failed in the intended goal of promoting business travel, as this business will be seeking alternatives.

I have over 600 credits with soutwest and had always been a loyal customer. Now that southwest has changed the rewards so I cant use them for anything other than the internet flights I will be booking on more on another airline.
