I agree with Middle Seat. Changes made of late with Southwest will take time to return the negative feedback. This isn’t based upon 2022 experiences or any of the recent conversations with other loyal SW patrons. I hope SW wakes up and recognizes there is an issue before it’s too late. There are others, including myself, that are having to take a serious look at other airlines due to pricing and flight availability for starters. Wi-Fi and A-List Preferred and Companion Pass are becoming unattainable without a SW credit card. I know it may sound cliche, but is disheartening that SW hasn’t sent a message out to their loyal customers except you’re going to be happy with Wi-Fi and new seat power outlets.
