Southwest Airlines Community

I contacted both Southwest Airlines and TSA in Oakland Airport .  The lady at TSA told me that they have hundreds of lost and found claims but they are not sorted by airports (very strange); the lady didn't seem too interested in looking through the claims even after I described the ring and the date that I found it.  BTW, I was running late for my flight and tried to talk to a TSA agent to turn in the ring but they were too busy and I had to catch my flight.  I thought it would be pretty easy to find the owner and am just hoping someone looks here to claim it.   ...
