I agree. Not a happy customer. I flew earlier this year for approx. 14,300 points. Today, using the low fare calendar dates, it will be over 25,000 points for the same trip. I realize that costs have increased, however, purchasing additional points even at a discounted rate is not a bargain. I may need to shop elsewhere for miles.
