Can you share more about the webinar on Fridays? I do attend the career connections when I'm able (not at my other job) but I unfortunately missed the May 17th hire info because I had to work my other job to pay the bills. I've been trying to get on for nearly a year now but it can be tricky when you have to work until an opening comes up! Any other helps/ tips appreciated!

Is there a way to apply for the position if it isn't posted? I do not see a "Remote Customer Service" opening. I would like to apply so my resume is in line to review. I have been watching for 8 months.

Hello! I have applied and have been watching for open customer service jobs over the past 6 months. I was recently speaking with an agent on the phone and she said SW was recently hiring. I told her I only saw one opening in Montana and I had to be a resident there. She said since I am looking for a remote position I am most likely looking at the wrong job opening and I should apply for the right one. Can you point me in the right direction? I tried asking this on the connection call that takes place on Tuesday mornings but I didn't get it submitted quickly enough before they had to end the call.
