Hello! I have applied and have been watching for open customer service jobs over the past 6 months. I was recently speaking with an agent on the phone and she said SW was recently hiring. I told her I only saw one opening in Montana and I had to be a resident there. She said since I am looking for a remote position I am most likely looking at the wrong job opening and I should apply for the right one. Can you point me in the right direction? I tried asking this on the connection call that takes place on Tuesday mornings but I didn't get it submitted quickly enough before they had to end the call.
