I booked two flights from Tampa to Havana for a little over $700, the lady assured me that she held a second reservation for 5 because we were going as a large group. I tried over and over to pay for the second reservation with no luck. I saw the flights had nearly doubled in price so I called to see if someone could help me pay for what I originally held. The Rep was so rude and basically told me there was nothing she would do to help me. I filed a complaint with soutwest hoping that someone would reach out and help me resolve my issue and I have yet to hear back. It’s really unfortunate that SW treats customers that are spending thousands on flights this way. We have options on airlines and going forward I think that’s what I will have to do, explore my options. I have yet to hear from anyone or have any type of resolution to this issue.
