Since the SouthWest Hotels Concierge gave me a fraudulent charge from me in last December,
they never refunded me. I need you to take responsibility and process to refund immediately for the reservation number WD3A5Y9.
I already checked with the hotel that you didn't send the funds to the hotel, also I sent about this email many times to concierge@southwesthotels.com
Again, refund the money immediately!

This is so true.
The hotel concierge took my $600 and never returned.
It's been 4 months, and I have kept requesting but they not even got back to my request email.
I won't give up, but please know that you will lose your money if you use SouthWest Hotel Concierge.
If anyone knows how I can bring to lawsuit, please advise to prevent another victim.
