I’ve tracked a pair of headphones that were left on a plane when I arrived in Jacksonville. Yesterday I tracked them on the tarmac. Today they are the east side of Jacksonville. I called SWA but they only said to file a lost item claim. It’s not lost anymore. An airline employee has taken them. If I can track them on the tarmac, right outside the concourse, then I’m pretty sure someone knows they have them. Should I file a police report? How do I take this up with SWA who didn’t listen the first time?
