Hello, I initially booked a trip using the current 30% off code, but then cancelled it so essentially didn't really get to take advantage of the code. However, the system thinks I did because of the booking that was subsequently cancelled. Is there a possibility of clearing the 'flag' that indicates I used that promo code ? Or if called to book with a person/agent, would they be able to override and allow it to be used?
