Thanks so much for sharing!! Tried other devices and no luck. In my case, they are specially saying my account is locked due to unusual activity and they are investigating it, and they keep saying this every time I called, and i can foresee it may never be resolved, so it's a dead end?

Tried redeem points for hotels at https://hotels.redeemrapidrewards.com/ a few months ago and it worked. While in this July, suddenly I’m unable to make any reservation using the points - it simply says "unable to complete this transaction".
Called the customer service a few times over the phone, and each time I’m just told that "relevance team is validating my account, or investigating if there are any issues", nothing they could do but keep waiting - which is not going anywhere. Pretty upset, looks they could hold this up forever.
Any suggestion how to address it? TIA!
