I wish the Customer Service Agent on the phone as well as the website would have told me items are shipped to Alabama after only one day. I had no idea the urgency of returning to the airport. It was late, DAL was closing behind our delayed flight, and we didn't discover the loss for 20 miles. Filling out the form is fine, but shouldn't the website or CSA tell you to return to the airport within 24 hours? Lost item report #295034, July 26, 2014.
