I've always enjoyed flying Southwest over ALL OTHER airlines
mainly BECAUSE of your open seating policy! Passengers are
HAPPY because WE choose our seats...quick starters can check-in
for an "A" boarding pass early...and those who don't care (or are LATE)
can settle for a B or C. I have to say: I HATE THE RESERVED SEATING
IDEA! And HATE might not be a strong enough term to express my
feelings! Thanks from a guy who has enjoyed EVERY Southwest flight
