As professional business jet charter Captain, stories like this are the reason why SWA is the only major carrier that I'd LUV to fly for. Their culture, attitudes, and professionalism are top notch. And as a frequent passenger on SWA myself, I observe things like this quite a bit. It's very refreshing to say the least.
