Hello;
I am in the same situation as the last 2 posted comments. I am trying to find an organizational chart of Southwest Airlines for a post-graduate project, and there does not seem to be one available.
If that is not available, is the organizational structure primarily heirarchical, matrix style or flat? I assume it is the later, but any additional insights on that would be helpful.
