September 11th is always a bittersweet day for me - the birthday of a very dear friend, and the passing of another on Flight 93 - the plane that "fought" and crashed in Shanksville, PA in 2001.
My sister, a Southwest employee, has a son who is bound for Afghanistan with the US Marines as a result of what happened 8 years ago today.
If we all could just see how much we are truly alike rather than focusing on our differences. "Let peace begin on Earth, and let it begin with me."
