I know, I know this isn't in the right place...But I feel compelled to comment...I agree that the preboarding section has been
growing larger and larger and I have seen passengers carrying on bags as big as buicks. I have also seen customers walking
up to the gate areas and then sitting in the first available wheelchair so that they can preoboard, trying to bring their entire extended
family with them in the preboarding section. I have seen those very same passengers become verbally abusive to the employee
who tries to enforce the preboarding policy or carry-on policy when they are challenged. I actually once saw a customer throw her
bag at the employee when she was told that she had to check it. I believe it's not only up to the employee, but also the customer
to abide by the rules.
