I know this isn't the appropriate place but it's impossible to get anyone on the phone. Why are you advertising rental car discounts out of Austin Bergstrom International Airport, and yet every time I fill out the form correctly and enter the promotion codes and make sure my ducks are all lined up in a neat little row, it tells me the discount is not available or there are no cars at the Austin airport? Are the promotions for real?
I need to go to a funeral and since you don't fly to Shreveport and American wants $700 to get home, that 40% discount or $14.99 a day on Budget cars was looking pretty good but since that discount is mysteriously unavailable, I don't think I want to do business with either one of you.
