I am a Frontier employee and this is a very difficult roller coaster ride to be on right now. Southwest is a great company, filled with great employees. However, I believe the Frontier brand and it's employees are safer in the hands of Republic. What reason would Southwest have to buy little Frontier other than to remove a thorn it's side.
