This route is being discontinued; Reno-San Jose. Mentioned in the blog is that "we’ll continue to offer lots of connecting itineraries."
There may be connections available but does it make sense to make a pax travel about 4 hours for a nonstop trip that takes less than an hour? It would take less time to drive than fly. Even if the pax decides to use OAK, to get to RNO then there's at least 45 minutes added just to get to OAK from SJC.
