In response to Ramon - wanting to know why he can't get Rapid Rewards Credit for his mother and children. It's called a Frequent FLYER Program. Not a Frequent PURCHASER Program.
I purchase, with my own credit card, around 10 Southwest flights per week for others. I would LOVE that credit! But I'm not the one FLYING.
