It still continues to be a bad day for Southwest - As we approach the start of week 3 of this so called improvement to Rapid Rewards, I'm still confused. My point totals on the tier level don’t match up or make any sense? I can’t view my points earned prior to March 1st? (It's hard for me to trust Southwest at this point that all of my points will ever be there - I knew that I should have printed a hard copy of my account prior to the startup of the new program) My future trips don’t all show up - ??? Some do, some don’t?? I sent an email to Southwest over 1 week ago - yea - still no response to my questions?? As Chris wrote above, Southwest is like a slumping sports team - well I have to say that my favorite "sports" team will soon no longer be that to me. I am trying to be patient, but it's soon running out. Southwest please step up to the plate and fix these problems fast. I am truly disappointed in Southwest!

Please keep posting - Southwest needs to hear from you - and - it's a sad day for Southwest on March 1st - the first day towards their filing for chapter 11 and going under, like other airlines. I just can’t understand why Southwest would ever want to change the Rapid Rewards program that has been voted one of the best loyalty airline programs. I have sat here and read through the comments and am still waiting for the positive customer feedback that Brian has spoke about. I have read the new program outline, watched the video, and looked over the numbers. Why do you expect that your loyal customers will be excited about these changes? I see nothing to be excited about! I am highly disappointed in Southwest Airlines!
With this new program, my incentive to remain loyal to Southwest has to be questioned. I have been flying monthly for the past five years and have never flown on another airline - I always remained true to Southwest as I felt that I was important to them - but now???
I agree with all of the comments, and urge every loyal Southwest customer to share their disappointment with friends and family members. Numbers speak volumes, and Southwest needs to hear it.
