I enjoy everything about Southwest except standing in line. As a business flyer, I print my boarding pass the night before so seating is always in section A. I have asked over 10 Southwest employees the following question and have yet to get an answer: Why don't you arrange the seats for your guests in your waiting areas in lines for A, B, C. by using the standard queuing ropes?
