Do you still have a systems probelm with the conversion. My wife's companion pass had an 02/29/2012 expriation date before the conversion and now it lists a 12/31/2011 date. I thought you promised any award expiring in 2012 would be carried to the end of the year!

Everyone should do what I have done and that is call SWA and let them know how you feel. You all should have the special rapids rewards phone number on your card. So call them up and identiy yourself and tell them how you feel. I still can't believe that they have the gall to say in there info "now you can earn free flights even faster". I don't like it when companies lie and that statement is an outright lie!!!

I totally agree with the above post and Southwest should just admit that they could not afford the old program. Please don't insult us with "the program was design to make it easier for you" We all can see that it will take many more flights to achieve what we had in the past. I have been A-list since it came out and still will do about 40+ flights a year, but the benefits will be greatly reduced. I certainly lament the loss of the great benefits I get, but I always had fisth in SWA to be stand up and admit waht they are doing. Come on Southwest be honest with us! You have cut the program back so just admit it.
