I've been flying a lot both domestically and internationally for over 20 years now, and have really noticed the decline of quality in both service and performance on most domestic American flights. Basically, Americans are not getting what they pay for anymore. This whole issue with Kevin Smith is indicative of that. Unfortunately, I have to choose between the best of a bad lot. Thank you SWA, for making my choice a little easier.
I will never, ever fly SouthWest Air again -- too many choices to give good money to bad organizations.
