Hi. As a long-time Southwest loyalist, I'm thrilled to hear about this. I would urge you to make absolutely sure to stamp out every clever way people come up with to use internet access to make phone calls. I would love to be able to check email and surf the web on my iPhone, but if that access comes with the risk that people will make phone calls in the air, I'd rather do without.
