In regards to your apology and then "skimpy sale": I, a long time customer, now will probably do everything in my power never to fly your airline again. I will also instruct all who I know to do the same. That was one of the most morally reprehensible turns I have seen a company make. You have thrown off moral decency in a futile attempt to preserve pseudo-customer relations. Children fly your airline, and you now have to answer to millions of parents nationwide.
