I know that SWA is a community-minded organization and have some long term friends that work for SWA that always speak positively about their employer. I would like to suggest that SWA create a new way to give back to their patrons. I have a LUV voucher that is set to expire in 5 days. I have actively tried to give this away, but since the travel has to occur prior to the expiration, it is going to go to waste. I have contacted SWA to see if they have a listing of people that are calling in and asking for bereavement rates so I can donate my voucher to someone who needs it. But they do not have this kind of a system. I recognize that this forum may not be the best way to get the idea out there, but maybe one of your employees will know just the right person to contact to make this happen.
