Saddened to see Southwest leave the PHL-PIT market. I understand that during a bad economy cuts are necessary, but I personally believe its a bad public relations and business move to leave some markets all together.
I'm also sad to say that I will be taking my business, credit card and frequent flyer miles to U.S. Airways.
Sorry Southwest, no more LUV from this frequent flyer.
