Kuddos to you Southwest Airlines, although I am not an animal lover, I think you were the only airline left that did not allow pets on board. As far as charging for UM's you were the only one left who did not. I think you did a noble thing in charging for these items. I mean we still get to check 2 bags for free, along with SO MANY OTHER FEES WAIVED. Wow, you know you will not always make everyone happy but at least you are a surving ariline.
