I fly SW as often as I can for business. I like the idea of Wi-Fi connectivity for several reasons. But PLEASE don't EVER consider allowing the use of cell phones or VOIP during a flight !!! I agree with the many who have already spoken - keep the bags free and the fares low. Then I'd be willing to pay, either by credit card or redeeming a drink ticket, for the Wi-Fi. And, if you can access your VPN, even better. If offering it for free to A-lister's and Business Select customers isn't possible, perhaps at a reduced rate. This servoce could also be prorated for A-listers by the number of months of uninterrupted A-list status they've achieved. There are MANY business travellers who have been VERY loyal to SouthWest for years, but they are not allowed by their company to purchase a business select fare. ... View more
