I want to say that as a new Customer Service Representative in training here at Southwest, I appreciate how patient all of you have been with the fare sale! Our training class, like the rest of our coworkers, have been inundated with calls regarding the website problems, weather, and now one of the best fare sales ever but you have all been so kind and understanding! We definitely have the best customers at Southwest Airlines and I hope you all get to book those trips with the awesome fares and if you have any issues, we look forward to helping you out here in the call centers!
