I used to be "Nuts" but I am coming to my senses.

I flew standby yesterday and 30000 points were "nickel and dimed" from my account without my consent for the "upcharge". There may not have re booking fees but SWA had no problem stealing enough points for a round trip out of your account with out my consent.. I have called customer service and everyone just says "sucks to be you".
I am mad, and this is 100% going to influence my travel decisions in the future and I am a pretty vocal person.
