I must withdraw my previous post from 11/16/06 @ 3:33PM...
I called SWA CS and explained to Dean what happened to me at Love Field in Dallas on Tuesday. Obviously (said Dean) there was a mis-understanding at the ticket counter. Dean and his superior(s) have decided to send me a one way ticket and I truely thank you SouthWest Airlines. Your actions speak louder than words- it would be nice if other competitors could be this understanding. Cheers to you SWA !!
