Southwest is great. I will fly southwest when ever possible.
People are wonderful. I recently had a mechanical problem in Tampa.
They rearranged planes, accomodated all flights, and I arrived in JAX on time.
Customer (not company) oriented. First thought is how to keep customers happy and on time. Keep the group loading.
So my question is when will you fly to CLT?
