Hey Brian,
OOps! sorry I thought this was a ongoing blog. Well anyway I have a few questions and it looks like others have the same questions.
1. I had a phone interview and was wondering what the next steps were? The position is for a Supervisor at the Airport.
2. What does HR look for when selecting canidates for Management positions etc>?
