I have loved this airline for years. My husband and I have enjoyed the companion pass and we carry 2 southwest credit cards. It's over for us with SWA. I just tried to use my rapid rewards and found the program has changed. I will cancel my cards tomorrow and go back to life with the "assigned seat" people.
