I have the new process - it is just another shell game - first there were numbers 1-30 etc, then there were letters and on average if you counted there were 45 of the letter A - 45 of the letter B and and the final 30 or so were C - now i get run over being an A6 by A4 and and A5 you are stepping on my feet to get on the plane before me....why don't you just go to assigning seats - the charade of making me feel special and giving me an A when it is A47 just puts be at the back of the old B line.......what a nightmare the whole game is - i think the only thing you should have changed is limited one adult to one child and if that child is a lap child the parents have no need to preboard. If you have a lap child another child over the age of 5 you should not need to preboard/
