Please go to assigned seating and enforce the carry on baggage rules. I hate the cattle call atmosphere at the gate. I've seen people come up late and try to cut in line. I've also seen people almost come to blows over standing in line and holding space with luggage.
I fly a couple of times a month on average, but I book on other airlines when I can because I like to get a seat assignment when I make my reservation. I would prefer to fly WN if you had assigned seating.
