This new "Earlybird Check-in" program is not one the brighter ideas Southwest has come up with to provide great customer service which is one of your claims to fame.
If you are in need of revenue, simple, increase your fares by $10.00, no one will complain because even with the increase you will still be offering lower fares.
The boarding system you had in place was working fine for everybody, you remind me of the government "let's change something that is really working well for something new that is a mess"
