Terrible, terrible....SWA you have lost a longtime customer. You made thousands on my family and I with the PHL-MHT flight and back. Dumping this service is stupid. Your flights were always on time, the service was friendly, and the prices at times were amazing. I will NOT fly another airline which my family and I will never be able to afford. So now we have to drive the 800 mile roundtrip. Manchester Airport has also lost 4 passengers, my family.
