On August the 16th my husband and I had are first flight on Southwest Air Lines to Reno. I would like to say it was the most enjoyable fleight we have ever had, the crew was so friendly from the time we left Columbus, OH till we arrived in Reno. In future dates that we fly if your airlines are scheduled to arrive there we definately will use them.
The best part of the whole experience was that we were always ahead of schedule arrival time, which is very important to us.
