I have flown the LUV airline ever since it started service in Norfolk, Va since the week after 9-11. Been loyal....always telling my students in our local community college that this is the business plan you should follow to be successful. I LUV SWA and my students call me the Professor from SW since I always talk about your successful business model.
However, your model is changing and I now I predict that your loyal customers will also be changing.........to the competition. It is not about $10 per leg but a loyalty issue among your customer base. Just increase your ticket prices by $10 across the board but don't start to nickel and dime me.
