You know what, fat or not, celebrity or not, we are all HUMAN BEINGS. We need to treat each other with more respect than this. It is unthinkable that a company would treat its customers with such disrespect. I HATE that people think it's okay to treat people with such disrespect. You should be ashamed! I'm a thin person, but I would never disrespect someone because of weight. I'll never fly this airline again unless you change your policies and admit that you were wrong!
