I have been a supporter and frequent user of your airline and your services. I thought you were a different airline. You are the same. You would sacrifice your passengers safety to save a few bucks.
People like myself don't have a fear of flying because of the altitude, or the speed, or the confined spaces. We have a fear of flying because decisions are made in an office somewhere, by someone I don't know, that could affect me while I sit in a seat at 35,000 feat, going 500mph.
If proven to be true, not only did Southwest consciously decide to NOT do required and routine safety checks, but then have the audacity to intimidate those with the public safety in mind?
Sorry, but this was a choice that you made, not me. You could have the safest and cheapest airline ever, but I won't ever put myself in a position to have my life hedged on a bet. Now I will make my choice.
I will never, ever, fly Southwest again.
