To the customer from St. Louie, Joseph Boushard, that flies SWA frequently and has enjoyed GREAT customer service... word of advice...be sure to avoid Phoenix Sky Harbor Southwest Employees, they are ALL rude, uncaring, insensitive and snobbish... what ashame - I too fly frequently and have YET to meet a Customer Service oriented SW employee there.
