As a small business owner we really appreciate your business model and focus on not nickel and diming the flying public. However, with that said I realize that this is a value added service and I would be willing to pay for it. Furthermore, someone had the idea of issuing "credits" instead of drink tix for some of us who get a few free trips a year on your frequent flyer program. I like that idea!!!! Keep up the good work!
Just a note, if I was your management on shorter haul flights (eg. ONT to LAS), I would not invest the captial for WIFI. It just is not practical to wait till 10,000 feet, boot up the laptop, start to do some work, and then be told to shut it down. On short flights most business travellers I know tend to use that time for catch up reading (including me).
