I have to commend the pilots that finally were able to leave St. Louis on October 26th 2010. Never have I been afraid of landing, even at Denver where the wind is really tough. Minneapolis was so bad that day and night, they recorded winds of up to 60 miles an hour. Gentlemen my Cowboy Hat is off to you.. That flight scared me, had I thought you would handle it that well I would have had another Scotch...lol
SW Airlines never ceases to amaze me time after time with every department that I have had the pleasure to interact with. Ms Hall in Central Baggage I think you are the greatest, The ticket line girls at the # 2 Terminal in Minneapolis are the most thoughtful and accommodating of any other airlines that I have ever flown. The Gals here know me by name so I treat them with my Country CD's. I hope when I move to Addison, I can sometime visit your headquarters and see your home office. I set my singing dates up now to the only places that SW lands. That's how much your company has meant to me.
Just make some shorter flights from Minneapolis to Dallas/Love.
I am a disabled Sr. that because of the affordability of your airlines has been able to pursue and romance a woman in Addison that 40 some years ago was engaged to me. Thank you, it cost less to fly with you than it does to drive, thank you for enabling love to again flourish

Never have I flown with an airline as compassionate and friendly and accommodating as the employees of SW. I've sang all over the Country, now I don't sing anyplace that I can't fly SW. Your baggage central management was so helpful last year when I flew to San Jose and another guest borrowed my cane, from the time I flew to Cleveland, Kansas (MCI), and Dallas (Love) and Minneapolis (2), We have become on first name basis in Minneapolis. What a great way to fly. The comfort of saying Good Morning Betty, a great day to fly lets do it....Armas
