Bad, bad , bad idea. I am as loyal an SA flyer as can be. The only time I have not flown SWA over the past 7 years is when I had to fly out of the country. But this idea just plain stinks!
It's not too late to relent... please just realize this is a bad move and make this foolish new policy go away. Don't make your loyal customers pay for "Early Bird" seating, and don't turn SWA into just another fee-grabbing airline.
